Short Description:

2. Each diamond hole saw has a smooth and exact finish that lower the incision resistance and drill pressure, increases the sharpness, and effectiveness of water lubrication. Excellent for making clean and precise holes on glass or ceramic and considerably extending drill bit life.

3. The diamond hole saw with clearance hole facilitates the entry of cooling water and the escape of chips from the drilled hole. Makes the drilling process easier. Not suitable for drilling tempered glass, plastic and wood.

4. Perfect for drilling glass, ceramics, porcelain, ceramic tile, porcelain tile, limestone, slate, marble, light stone and fiberglass. (Need to be used at a low speed; Always use lubrication (water) when processing, otherwise the hole saw will burn.)

Notice for use 1. Please add water as coolant and drill slowly.
2. Start drilling the surface at an angle of 45 degrees and align 90 degrees when forming the hole.
3. Never use an electric drill when the machine is in a hammering state.
4. The hole does not need to be laborious, because the cutting is clean.

Product Description

How to Cut Successfully?
1. Make a half-moon-shaped notch on the glass/tile/stone drill with 45 degrees.
2. Slowly raise the drill bit to 60 degrees, and then lightly drill.
3. Reach 90 degrees and continue drilling.
4. Finally, the glass/brick/stone is drilled. This technique requires the drill bit to "shake" instead of applying steady pressure all the time.
