Due to easy cutting of toothed blades, sharp gears, low consumption of cutting resistance, and high temperature quenching, the product's hardness is a result of these factors. The gears are sharp, the cutting resistance is small, and the service life is long. The sharper cutting edge reduces cutting force, drilling rate, and improves the hole wall. Vacuum brazing technology minimizes breakage and maximizes service life by displacing heat and removing dust, while diamond particles dissipate heat and remove dust. In order to maximize convenience and cost savings, external braze coatings up to 5/8" (15 mm) allow for better edge finishes after drilling.

They can be run at speeds above 10,000 rpm dry.
