As well as improving wear resistance and strength, these drill bits are made of steel that allows them to lock the screw precisely without causing damage to either the screw or the driver bit as they are being used. The screwdriver bits are not only electroplated for long-term durability and functionality, but they are also treated to repel corrosion with a black phosphate coating to keep them looking like new.
Torx drill bits have a twist zone that prevents them from breaking when driven with an impact drill. This twist zone prevents the bit from breaking when driven with an impact drill and withstands the high torque of newer impact drivers. We designed our drill bits to be highly magnetic so that they hold screws securely in place without stripping or slipping. With the optimized drill bit, CAM stripping will be reduced, providing a tighter fit, thereby increasing drilling efficiency and accuracy.
To ensure that tools are properly protected during transportation, they need to be properly packed in sturdy boxes. The system comes with a convenient storage box that makes it easier to find the right accessories during transportation.
