Our non-ferrous blades are designed with a precision-ground microcrystalline tungsten carbide tip and three-piece tooth construction, making them extremely durable and easy to use. Our blades are laser cut from solid sheet metal, not coil stock like some lower quality blades. Designed to maximize the performance of aluminum and other non-ferrous metals, these blades generate very little sparks and heat, allowing them to quickly process the materials they cut.

Tungsten carbide tips are individually welded to the tip of each blade during an automated manufacturing process. Designed with ATB (Alternating Top Bevel) offset teeth that deliver thin cuts, ensuring smooth, fast and accurate cuts.
